Launch the SysInfo Mac PST Splitter Tool as an administrator on your device.
Choose the Add Files or Add Folder option to add the PST files and click on the Open button.
Now, you can see the path of the added PST File and click on the Next button.
After that, preview the Files and select all the Files or Folders.
Select split options like Split PST by Size, Date, Sender, and Folders based on your requirements.
Click on the Split PST by Size option and click on the Next button.
Enter the resultant PST file size as per your need based on MB or GB.
Click on the Apply Password option to add the password on the resultant PST file.
Additionally, you can remove the duplicate mails from the PST file based on To, From, Subject, and Body.
You can also define the path of the resultant PST file by clicking on the Select Path to Save File option. Click the Split option.
Lastly, you will see a pop-up on your display stating that the PST file has been successfully saved. Click on the OK button to complete the process.
Note: Follow steps 1 to 5 as stated in Split PST by Size and further follow the below steps to Split PST by Date.
Click on the Split PST by Date option and click on the Next button.
Enter the From and To Date for which the PST File has to be Split. You can also choose to Create a Single PST or a Separate PST file.
Click on the Apply Password option to add the password on the resultant PST file.
Additionally, you can remove the duplicate mails from the PST file based on To, From, Subject, and Body.
You can also define the path of the resultant PST file by clicking on the Select Path to Save File option. Click the Split option to save.
Lastly, you will see a pop-up on your display stating that the PST file has been successfully saved. Click on the OK button to complete the process.

Enter the Sender Name or Sender Email Address to which you select emails for the resultant PST file.
Click on the Apply Password option to add the password on the resultant PST file.
Additionally, you can remove the duplicate mails from the PST file based on To, From, Subject, and Body.
You can also define the path of the resultant PST file by clicking on the Select Path to Save File option. Click the Split option to save.
Lastly, you will see a pop-up on your display stating that the PST file has been successfully saved. Click on the OK button to complete the process.

Click on the Split PST by Folder option and click on the Next button.
Select the folder path to save PST files option to select the folder for the resultant PST.
Click on the Apply Password option to add the password on the resultant PST file.
Additionally, you can remove the duplicate mails from the PST file based on To, From, Subject, and Body.
You can choose the Single PST or Separate PST For the Selected Folder option and Click on the Split Option.
Lastly, you will see a pop-up on your display stating that the PST file has been successfully saved. Click on the OK button to complete the process.
