Download and install the PST Merge tool on your system. Run it as an administrator.
Now, click Add File(s) to add single/multiple files or choose Add Folder to add a folder.
Next, browse and select the PST files you want to merge and click the Open button.
In the open window, check the added PST files. Click the Remove button to deselect a single file and Remove All to deselect all files. Then, click Next.
Further, choose the items from the PST Mailbox tree structure, that you want to join or merge together.
Choose either of the two options to perform:
Click Next to proceed further.
Now, check the box beside items to select the Outlook mailbox items you want to merge.
Additionally, check box the Specify Date Range option and click Add to merge items for a specific time. Click Next.
Furthermore, you have two options to select the destination path. These are:
Choose any one of them, as per your preference.
Tick the Apply Password box if you want to protect the resultant PST with a password and then enter any password of your choice.

Finally, click on the Join/Merge button, to begin the process of merging PST.
Once the merging process is completed, a pop-up appears. The file is successfully saved at your given location. Click OK.
