Download and run the PST Viewer Pro Tool on your system as an administrator.
Click Open from the top menu and in the open dialog box, click the Browse (...) icon to upload PST to the software.
Now, browse and select the PST file from your system. Click Open to add it.
Further, select the desired Recovery Mode: Standard, Advanced, or Deep as per the severity of file corruption (if any).
Afterward, choose the Handle Alignment Errors in PST File option to remove the alignment errors from the PST file. Check other details and click OK.
Wait for the process to complete. Once the scanning is completed, click OK to continue.
Expand the tree hierarchy to view all the files, folders, and sub-folders present in the PST file.
Later, double-click on any folder to preview the data present in it. You can check From, Subject, Date/Time, Message Content, and Attachments.
Now, click the Save button from the top bar to download the recovered PST file after viewing.
Lastly, choose the destination folder to save the viewed PST file. Also, provide a name to it, and finally, click Save.
